Ann Duren, RYT*, has been a dedicated practitioner of yoga for more than 16 years and has taught yoga since 2001. Her emphasis is on the connection between movement and breath as a means of synchronizing mind and body. The teachings of Krishnamacharya provide the philisophical basis for her practice, while her methods encompases a variety of styles including Yoga Therapy, Viniyoga, Anusara, Iyengar, and traditional Hatha.

Ann's love of yoga is translated in her teaching. Students of all ages and practice levels will be comfortable in her classes.
